Once the service tech finally diagnosed after several visits they looked at the 2019 Blazer and finally had to replace the valve body for the transmission. Robert did an exceptional job in locating the part needed to fix my drivers door that would not open. The parts department did not have the door actuator and the big snow was coming and I needed the Yukon a to fix my drivers door that would not open. The parts department did not have the door actuator and the big snow was coming and I needed the Yukon and it’s 4 wheel drive. Even though I did not have an appointment, there were other people ahead of me and the service area was closing early at 5 pm due to the snow coming in Robert had me fixed and on the road. My 78 and 80 year old in-laws that live down a dirt road in Attica, IN had doctors appointments the next 2 days in Lafayette and thanks to Robert we got them there! Very big Kudos to Robert. Out of all the service reps I have dealt with in the last 6 years he was the most responsive with keeping me up-to-date with what was going on and calling me back when he said he would. I nominate Robert for a raise! More
