Bad cell in battery It took a couple of times checking the battery, but the battery tested bad when Service checked it a second time. The Service department installed and new battery, and the vehicle is running fine. I truly appreciate the OnStar notifications with service codes denoted. Initially, the notification said it could have been the battery, starter, or a loose connection. Eventually, the notification pinpointed the issue to be the battery. The Service Code was SC003, and I was able to research what that meant. More
