Hubler always finds me the car I’m looking for and I usually get discounts I didn’t know were available. Kenny, Cliff, and everyone else involved in our purchase was great. They all took their time to make sure we understood everything, and even though we showed up near closing time on a Saturday they didn't t was great. Receiving incorrect information on multiple occasions and a lack of communication and accuracy made this a very disappointing experience. The process took entirely too long after arriving at 3pm and selecting the car before 4pm, then waiting until almost 9 for the paperwork to be completed (they were not busy), and still having to come back the following day to pick up the car. It was such an issue that I started the process to refinance the brand new vehicle on the business day after picking it up and chose to purchase a second brand new Chevy from a different dealership in the same week. More
