Nick, the used car manager went above and beyond to get me top dollar for my trade! Jack the new car manager did everything he could to ensure that I didn’t carry any negative equity into this purchase. Jack literally spent hours pulling strings and asking for exceptions to make sure that I was getting the best deal he could offer. Zack, is the store GM, and he called me personally to apologize for my experience and assured me that my business was valued, and that his team would work together to make things right! Lastly, but not least my sales guy Tony called me during and after hours to update me on what was happening and what I could expect. This is my 3rd vehicle 5th vehicle from Hubler the 3rd from this dealership, and this was by far my best experience!
