Bridgette smoothly arrived at the precise model definition, found such a vehicle, worked up the complete package of purchase, valuation of the trade-in, presented a summation of ultimate costs that was both fair and inviting. When we came to agreement, she knew every step that had to be executed, those that pertained to the car being relinquished and the new car, and at no point did the conversation hit a note that she had not laid groundwork for. She counseled on expeditious handling of relevant insurance issues and payment modalities. I would readily work with her again although the need for that is low just because of how well she orchestrated this present purchase. More

At Hudson they treat you with respect, they give you fair value of your trade-in and on the new car. I do not feel like they are trying to swindle me, lie to me or pressure me like I have felt at other dealers. That is why I came back. I worked with Bridgette Guarneri. Saturday June 28th I walk into the dealership and within a moment I am asked if I can be helped by Mick. From there I am soon talking to Don and getting a trade-in pric I walk into the dealership and within a moment I am asked if I can be helped by Mick. The numbers were doable with a little extra push!I never even thought about" the end of month quota time" as I was just interested in getting a new car. Shortly after I was going for a test drive! and then on the return it was the process of getting all the papers in order. I picked up my car after work on Monday and am entirely happy. More

I was involved in a car accident and had total loss of my vehicle. I found myself at a juncture where I could not really afford a new car. I needed to wade through a lot of insurance paperwork,appraisals and wait for the other driver's insurance company to pay me[other driver totally at fault]. My week was very stressful to say the least. In the course of that week following the accident,unbeknownst to me,my father was searching used car ads and looking at his favorite dealership,the only one he really trusts,Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC. He actually drove up there to inspect a used car he saw in an ad. Then he took my sister to look at it and decide if she thought I would like this car. He called the dealership to hold the car and decided then and there he wanted to buy it for me! With the help of Justin Cook, they agreed on a sale and he informed him of my situation and this surprise.He asked them to get the car ready,as he was coming back with me. I was shown a picture and told all the details of this car. Justin and my father worked everything out! The car was such a great choice! Immaculate,low mileage and was taken care of very well by precious owner,and all maintenance was done at the dealership. They knew this car well. Just one week after my accident,I was given this beautiful car,a Buick La Sabre! It had been perfectly prepared and detailed by the dealership,and Justin was such a big part of being able to accept such a magnanimous gesture. He made all of us very comfortable and went out of his way to make this a very special moment! He treats my father with the greatest respect and they were co- conspirators in this surprise! As I was extremely overwhelmed emotionally, and slightly nervous ,Justin seemed to know I needed a few extra minutes to take it all in,and he very patiently explained all the features and how to operate the car. I have never owned a vehicle of this caliber and it is a luxury to me to drive it. Plus it was a lot newer than my previous model so I needed the extra few minutes he took to go over everything with me. From start to finish,the extra care and consideration that Justin Cook and fellow staff took to prepare and cooperate with my father to make this transition so smooth, was greatly appreciated. It took all the stress out of the situation of finding a new vehicle and knowing who I could trust to buy from. My father only deals with this business for many years and buys all his vehicles from them ,so I knew right away I could trust all they represented to me. It was a wonderful and overwhelming day and my highest recommendations go to anyone who is considering a future car purchase, to seek this dealership out and ,in fact,personally ask for Justin Cook as their salesperson! Brilliant Experience ! Referred to Hudson by my insurance company and their car buying service. Found the 2013 ATS I wanted, but was not a perfect match (needed heated seat Referred to Hudson by my insurance company and their car buying service. Found the 2013 ATS I wanted, but was not a perfect match (needed heated seats). Set up a test drive appointment with Bridgette, actually went on drive with Mick, but not to worry she then worked through all the details, features etc. Then did an extended test drive. Fortunately, the heated seats could be added. Then followed the process of valuing a trade and working towards a purchase. Here is where Bridgette and Don were excellent at finding common ground for actually moving to purchase ------ I have to say they were both excellent and good to work with, so bought the car. Picking up the Cadillac was very straight forward --- heated seats installed, car ready for delivery, and Brigdette walked me through the features again, made sure I was comfortable and ready to go. Spoke again to Don and left a happy customer. In summary, I think that I was actually helped by at least 5 individuals and they were all knowledgeable, professional and friendly …… this is not to be expected at a car dealership (and I have been to a few). These folks were obviously backed up by an outstanding service staff that made the experience first rate in all aspects. Would I recommend, yes I would….in fact I already passed along my compliments to the insurance company to let them know that their rating as a preferred dealer was in fact accurate. More
