Purchase process was very smooth. The reason for only 3 stars is due to having a problem with a tire and other issue. I called and spoke to Joe about the tire and he said I just needed to talk to the serv stars is due to having a problem with a tire and other issue. I also could not use the Uconnect system because it was still in the prior owners name. I called about that right away too and was told they would get back to me.
