Service was top notch. The only disappointment was the fact that you get charged for the diagnosis even when you get the work done. I only brought my truck in because I bought the extended warranty. That is utterly ridiculous and a very, very good reason not to buy another Durango or to get it serviced at this dealership. Up until this point I have been a Dodge owner for 20 years. However, $400 for two keys!? Seriously ridiculous. Additionally, the fact that you claimed that the aftermarket key that I brought in "wouldn't program" additionally seems like a load of BS. On Amazon, this replacement key has a 4.8 rating out of five with over 1900 ratings. Meaning it was great value for everyone else that ordered it, but my dealership couldn't program it? More

They were able to fix an error with my car's clock right away that another dealership failed to do after trying multiple times. More

Great experience I have always bought Chevrolet until now. My truck was due for a trade in and after finally having one to many unhappy situations with service at a l I have always bought Chevrolet until now. My truck was due for a trade in and after finally having one to many unhappy situations with service at a local Chevy dealer and the lack of quality in new vehicles that they did not seem to want to stand behind. I started looking at other options and had some people mention Dodge quality and this Hudson location. After a few days of researching online I went to look in person. I met with salesman Joel Olmstead, he showed me around, let me test drive, no pressure, answered all my questions, he was very professional, polite, respectful and easy to work with. The next day I went back to purchase the truck it was a quick easy process, I am very happy with the truck and the whole experience. The whole process from sales to finance to service was very good. I will definitely be a return customer, my wife will need to trade her Chevy in soon. More
