I spoke with a salesperson while my vehicle was being serviced. We discussed selling my vehicle to the dealership and he informed me that he would be in contact with me in a day or two regarding a final serviced. A week went by and I didn’t hear from him. At that point I sent a follow up email and still haven’t heard back more than a week after my follow up email. Disappointing and I will not buy a vehicle from here in the future. More

I was very disappointed in the Covid 19 protocol (or the lack there of really). I wore my mask the entire time (approximately 1 hour). During that time, I observed no one in the shop wearing a mask-even whi lack there of really). I wore my mask the entire time (approximately 1 hour). During that time, I observed no one in the shop wearing a mask-even while they were inside vehicles. The only time I observed anyone wearing a mask or a shield inside the office portion of the building was when the service person came in with a face shield to show me to the front desk; and upon arriving at the front desk, the clerk slipped a mask on. When I went into the shop, my vehicle was just returning from the car wash. Again the person driving was not wearing a mask, and all of the windows were rolled up. He got out, and NO sanitizing took place. It was 90 degrees outside, and I had to drive home with the windows open to even feel slightly comfortable with the amount of germs that were left inside because they did not take the time to sanitize. This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. More
