The service was excellent. The price was fair. The only down fall is the time it takes to buy a car. With an appointment it still took over 3 hours. My old Dodge Durango, which I purchased from you in '09, has been generally serviced by you and I'm pleased and satisfied with the care shown me and my vehicle {s}. For oil changes I'm especially pleased with the speed and 'can do' attitude of the service department. My Dodge is getting rusty but with 225k it runs well . . . and had I not found a pristine '08 5.7 Chrysler Aspen with less than 80k miles - this Dodge would be heading for 500 thousand miles. I am a committed Mopar guy (MB too). My two previous Durago's each went 100k plus, Had a Chrysler New Yorker that did 130k without anything major. My favorite Mopar was a Chrysler Cordoba . . . I would love to have that vehicle in my garage today, good touring car and could handle wet or snowy roads. So I've been coming this Dodge dealership in Hudson for over a decade and whats really nice is it's staffed with the same people - that speaks volumes about the organization. It feels like they care when I come in and I appreciate that and their overall friendliness is outstanding. Service department staff all get five stars, they are all great. More
