He also sat patiently with me with a big smile on his face for hours while I tried access the correct paperwork required for my purchase on his computer. I bought a CPO Ram 1500 and they made sure to check over the vehicle, put new tires on, changed filters, and rep completely happy with your purchase! The reason for 4 stars is They messed up the miles on the paperwork so I had to come back and resign 2 of the documents. And when the truck was in for its inspection the tech working on it missed hooking back up the overflow coolant hose and did not close the reservoir tank cap. Overall though, a great place to do business! Thank you! More

I have been bringing in my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins for 4-5 years now for everything I’ve needed. Always been able to count on excellent service. This time bought a new set of tires, oil change, wipers for 4-5 years now for everything I’ve needed. Always been able to count on excellent service. This time bought a new set of tires, oil change, wipers, brakes the whole deal. Like 3000$! Got it home, immediately says must change oil soon” check oil, it’s pretty black... I know diesels are dirty but did they change it?? I hope so. Then they usually do a rundown and check the fluids and print out a sheet from the tech, wasn’t done. Checked fluids: low on coolant, power steering fluid , wiper fluid. Now I know I can check these myself, and so often, but I usually also count on this part of the inspection process from the dealer. Those big trucks take special coolant, so made another trip back in to get that when it should have been simply caught on that inspection. I get it. Lastly they usually run in through the wash.. no big deal but they didn’t. It’s all in the details! So pretty annoyed after dropping all that cash. One thing positive, McKenzie is always on the ball with communication and explanation. She’s golden.
