I pulled up and walked in and the guys acted to busy to talk to I said I had an appointment I was there for, the guy dint even look up from the computer and said, I’ll get to you in a few minutes so me and talk to I said I had an appointment I was there for, the guy dint even look up from the computer and said, I’ll get to you in a few minutes so me and my son waited outside in the cold because I had to take his car seat out since they were working on that side of the car, it took a long time for him to come back and he just took my keys don’t ask any questions I had to ask txt the person I bought my car from if there was a sitting area. Not friendly at all. And then the kid area was a so dirty. The toys were black with dirt. Someone needs to pay some attention to that area. I took my baby wipes out and wipes down the area in there and the few toys I let my son play with. I appreciate the fact there is a area like that but it should be kept some what clean. If it wasn’t for Hannah the sales person who made buying my car such a great experience I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I will say my car was done in a hour and that was really nice. But the customer service in the service department wasn’t there. I usually would take my cars to the Ford dealership in Ellsworth to get worked on and they really make you feel welcome. More
