Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Very nice mechanic who worked on my car. I drove back to make sure my tire pressure was okay and while he said it was okay, he immediately took my car outside mechanic who worked on my car. Nice scheduling and drop off with service desk. Good service and nice texting when completed. The pickup experience is lacking. You encourage online payment and signature but when arrive you have to go service and nice texting when completed. The pickup experience is lacking. You encourage online payment and signature but when arrive you have to go up front, re-wait on your turn at desk, then have to remind them we paid online, then have to sign again, don’t you look at online system. Hudson Ford service on our truck, they take payment at service desk, you are in and out, no run around, no duplication, no reminding that we paid on line.
