If I Could Give 10 Stars I would!!!! After being frustrated with Auto Nation in WBL, I went on Google and read customers reviews of Hudson Ford. I then went on your website to look at th After being frustrated with Auto Nation in WBL, I went on Google and read customers reviews of Hudson Ford. I then went on your website to look at the used car inventory, I found what I wanted, printed it, drove over to your dealership, while I was driving there, I had a knot in my stomach because I was thinking I was going to get the same customer service I experienced at the above dealer. Your dealership is very close to my work, so I walked in and was greeted by Randy King. He shook my hand and welcomed me , asked what I was interested in. I told him I was in a hurry but I wanted to see if I could test drive this car. He found the car I was looking for, he took me on a test drive, answered all of the questions relating to the car, financing , etc... I told him I would think about it and let him know either way. I was talking to my family about the car and the experience I had at Hudson vs. Auto Nation and they told me I would be a fool for not going back to see if I can get financing. So, I went back that evening and of course, there was Randy to greet me back and he introduced me to Matt the financing guy. I completed the paper work, went outside to show my family the car I was interested in. Randy again, was professional, patient with the questions we were asking and about a short time later, I was driving off in the car of my dreams!! I was so impressed with how fast everything went, from the test drive, completing paperwork. Matt and Irina were a little busy in the financing so I had to wait a while before I was seen, but I didn't mind at all, the fresh coffee and cookies kept me happy. Matt, Irina and Randy kept apologizing for the long wait and I was not inconvenienced at all, especially after the experience I had at the prior dealer, 4.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon wasted my day off, only to be told they were so backed up they couldn't get me into financing so I was told to come back, I live about an hour away, not going to happen! So, the little wait I had on Monday evening, was nothing at all and I was looking around at customers and the ladies behind the counter, everyone was cheerful and nice. Your dealership has a nice welcoming feel to it! I will highly recommend Hudson Ford to all of my friends, co workers and family. Actually, my brother in law who was very impressed with the treatment I received is interested in coming back and having Randy King assist him with a purchase of a pick up truck. More

Joe Brims at Hudson Ford is wonderful! Joe Brims actually walked out into the rain to great me on the first day! We went to his office and he answered my questions.
