Good Experience On spur of moment of Thursday before Holiday Weekend I decided to stop and see what I could get for my 2014 Escape. Wasn't over joyed about the trade value - due to some recalls Ford can't fix yet. Shouldn't be our problem but evidently it is. Did end up leaving with a 2017 Escape with in about 1.5 hours. I appreciate the quick process. Will be taking my husband there to get his next truck soon. More

I love the c-max so far. I'm disappointed that my payments are higher than my last lease, as I was told that if I was a repeat customer they would be lower.
