Good experience, responsive rep I started inquiring about the vehicle I purchased over 2 months ago while I was getting some work done on my 2011 F150. Amillie was friendly and easy I started inquiring about the vehicle I purchased over 2 months ago while I was getting some work done on my 2011 F150. Amillie was friendly and easy-going (which was a pleasant surprise). Throughout the next 2 months, she was responsive to my questions and very attentive. She did a terrific job having the vehicle ready when I came in to test drive it and getting my paperwork ready ahead of time on the day I purchased. She even realized we had forgotten about the bed extender and did terrific follow up post-purchase, to get me set. The sales/numbers process was transparent and simple with my trade in. Thanks Irina also did a great job getting me through the paperwork in record time (I had requested to expedite as I needed to get home). More

When we came back to make the purchase Levi walked us through the financing helping us understand the options and making the process quite easy and again without pressure. Then Trisha gave us a lesson in operating the vehicle keeping us laughing most of the time with her quick wit. When we took one last look around the outside of the vehicle, we noticed a tiny chip on the edge of the passenger door. Trisha took us right over to the detail shop and they took care of it on the spot. It was such a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Ford. More

Very professional and to the point I have been searching for the right truck for a long time and when the web site for Hudson Ford showed me a truck I was looking for, I started communi I have been searching for the right truck for a long time and when the web site for Hudson Ford showed me a truck I was looking for, I started communications via e-mail. The team was able to assure that the truck was as good in real life as the pictures were on the web. I made the 50 minute drive to the dealership and was very impressed with the professionalism of Trisha as she met us and answered all our questions. She showed us the truck and it was everything she said it was with a no haggle price that was fair for both the dealership and me. There was no pushy tactics with anyone at the dealership and the process although long, was very pleasant. I drove away with my new used truck and am very pleased. More

It was an upbeat and 'here is what we can offer you' type of flyer, so I kept it in our lockbox for future use, if we decided to get a car. My husband's car was on it's last leg (tire) and we had to have it towed to a junkyard. I remembered our last dealership experience and it took most of our day on a Saturday with the salesperson running back to us and then back to the finance manager. It was exhausting! We DEFINITELY didn't want that kind of experience again, ever! Cory had called me several times and left voice messages for me to come in and meet and look at their inventory. We were pretty committed to our previous sales rep but my husband was in dire need of a car. I told my husband NOT to call anyone before we talked to Cory. He was diligent and dedicated to helping us. He worked hard for our business, he deserved our time for sure. We went in on a Thursday night and he had us qualified, we found a car and it only took 2 hours at the most! We picked up our car on Saturday. It was pre-checked, spotless, new tires. Awesome! We moved onto Irina for some financing and she answered all of our questions. We added an extra so we picked it up 2 days later. Detailed, gassed, a short demonstration from Brandon (who actually came in on his day off) and on the road with my brand new Explorer. We would travel to Wisconsin again! More
