Poor communication and knowledge. Contacted 3-4 different sales/online reps. Not one of them could tell me what the cost of a Used vihcle was with tax,title,and lic.. Even when I sent Contacted 3-4 different sales/online reps. Not one of them could tell me what the cost of a Used vihcle was with tax,title,and lic.. Even when I sent emails they had no answer. I made offers that were turned down. I even made offer with, t,t,& L. included And still turned down because I believe I left out their $149 paperwork/ documentation fee. No one could give me a straight answer and those that did reply gave the wrong answer. One even wanted me to pay the doc., and I could pay the other stuff on my own. Just poor salesmanship & knowledge of their job. Oh 2nd yes I did have the final numbers/ amounts for tax title & lic. , I wanted to see if their numbers came close to mine. My final offer of $8400 was 300 short of the amount they wanted. Still would not make as deal.. So don't look for any deals here. Oh also I wanted to use a credit card to make a down payment/ hold vehicle. Was told that don't do that, thus I was screwed out of the vehicle I wanted More

Found just the right vehicle at a good price This was a 5 week purchase process. And I wasn't even that committed to a purchase at the start. Amillie did an excellent job finding a truck that captured everything I was looking for. At end of model year closeout time, that is VERY hard to do. She searched dealers in a couple hundred mile radius and came up with several options. I had technical questions related to transmissions, towing, and what was or was not included in various bundled packages. She not only got answers, she emailed me Ford Factory info sheets that clearly spelled things out. Knowledgeable about engines, transmissions, locking differentials, interior options. Good turnaround with her answers. Not overbearing in any sense. Didn't feel like I was being sold, just informed as to options and trade-offs. Next time I look for a vehicle, I will start with Amillie. More
