We purchased a current year used car and before taking delivery we had this dealer add several add-on options. All departments of this dealership were used to complete our transaction. Our salesman Joe delivery we had this dealer add several add-on options. All departments of this dealership were used to complete our transaction. Our salesman Joe did a great job orchestrating the work to be done . Parts department ordered the parts needed in a timely manner, The body shop, John did a great job of color matching the add-on parts and the fit and finish was superior. The service department did a great job completing the work to be done and preparing the car for us to take delivery. The finance department arranged our financing with our bank and made several last minute adjustments to meet OUR needs. We had only a couple small items that were overlooked which needed to be address at the close of our transaction. There were several opportunities for this transaction to turn into a nightmare. We are very pleased with our purchase experience. More

On my list of things I'd rather NOT do, dealing with the paperwork/finances of buying a car is in the top five. In dealing with Rebekah, I found her to be non-judgmental, knowledgable, and organized.
