When we were leaving for vacation, we found we had a dead battery. We called Hudson Ford and Heidi said they would get us in right away and get us back on the road. We were so impressed, that when it came time to purchase a new vehicle, we drove from Minnesota to Hudson, to buy one there. Brian Meyers was our salesperson and he as efficient, friendly and knew the vehicle's highlights. We were also happy to see Heidi at the reception desk. A very pleasant experience and we left with a brand new Escape. Thanks!! More
