Great purchase experience for my SD truck! I was treated fairly during the initial sales process and decided to buy the truck. However, I ordered a bunch of accessories and the truck had a dent I was treated fairly during the initial sales process and decided to buy the truck. However, I ordered a bunch of accessories and the truck had a dent in it (it was new) and I live 30 miles from the dealership. The sales person set up one visit to get everything done (which was a lot) so I didn't have to drive out there additional times. I was very nervous that they wouldn't be able to get it all done and I asked them to treat my new truck with care while it was with them. Not only did they get everything done but they kept my truck inside while it was there! This visit defined my purchase experience as it was easy for them to sell the truck to me. They really came through and my truck looks amazing! More
