Review of purchasing experience. I went into the Hudson Ford Dealership showroom with the intention of 'beginning' to shop for a new Ford F-150 to replace my 2013 F-150. Sales Rep I went into the Hudson Ford Dealership showroom with the intention of 'beginning' to shop for a new Ford F-150 to replace my 2013 F-150. Sales Representative Mackenzie Markus greeted me with a warm welcoming smile as I expressed my intention to only shop and basically see what's 'out there' in Ford trucks. She was more than accommodating and spend a considerable amount of time explaining the various models that would more than meet my expectations at the price range I'd given her. Throughout the afternoon I changed my mind a number of times as to color, model and other variables, but remained firm on my price range. Mackenzie was always patient and accommodating as the afternoon visit became a prolonged negotiating process when I realized that this was indeed a good time to seriously consider purchasing a new Ford F-150. It almost became a 'marathon' as I continued to change my mind on specifics for a new F-150, sought whether Ford Motor Company offered an added discount to Military retirees, and a number of other issues. Mackenzie 'hung I there' like few sales representatives I'd ever negotiated with, and truthfully, it was a pleasure to work the deal with someone as patient, peasant, professional, knowledgeable and flexible. The process spanned about 5-6 hours from the time I'd entered the showroom until my new Ford F-150 XLT Sport was delivered. Now early evening, I'm sure that Mackenzie wanted to get home, but gave no such indication as she took the time to help me move my belongings from my 2013 vehicle to my new vehicle and then to familiarize me with the new one. She was exceptional beyond any expectations that I may have had for any automobile sales representative. The financing department (Dani Uliano and Mike Foster) worked hard to close the deal to my complete satisfaction, remaining within my originally expressed price limitations. Follow-up questions and concerns that I'd had in the ensuing days were quickly addressed, again to my complete satisfaction. I would certainly recommend the Hudson Ford Dealership to any of my friends and associates without any hesitation whatsoever. I'm afraid that I lack adequate superlatives to describe my experience in purchasing a new Ford F-150 from the Hudson Ford Dealership, so I'll have to close by saying that it was nothing less than 'sterling'. Horrible customer service. Deserves negative stars. Scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and fix for 2 recalls on my daughter's 2013 Ford Fiesta, which had a 10 year 150,000 mile extended warranty. S Scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and fix for 2 recalls on my daughter's 2013 Ford Fiesta, which had a 10 year 150,000 mile extended warranty. She was experiencing exactly the items listed as part of the recall. Jim the service manager first tried to say it wasn't part of the recall and came up with his own version of what that should look like (which was different than what was published by Ford). When proved wrong by supplying evidence of the manufacturer's description, he tried to charge for a diagnostic to see if the issues were related to the recall (can you say shady and scammer?), when I refused, he told us to find a different service center which at this point I was going to do anyway due to lack of trust for this service center manager and his complete lack of customer service. My experience with a different recall for my Chevy was seamless and superb, so I expected the same from Ford. Boy was I mistaken! Jim's customer service skills are not fit for any job let alone a management position where keeping customers is the key. More
