I’m always impressed with the customer service and friendliness at Hudson Ford Quicklane! Michaela McCann is a phenomenal service advisor and although the shop was short handed, the techs worked like friendliness at Hudson Ford Quicklane! In the two hours I was there I witnessed 5 oil changes, a tire repair, an install of a full set of tires and an alignment! Michaela and her techs are rock stars! Hudson ford is the service center for Abra auto body of Hudson Wisconsin. My vehicle was hit in the RR corner and the wheel was directly impacted. The tire and rim were trash and after a spare was installe Hudson Wisconsin. My vehicle was hit in the RR corner and the wheel was directly impacted. The tire and rim were trash and after a spare was installed there was an obvious wobble to that wheel. Abra's service (Hudson Ford) reported that I just needed new brakes! I was obviously not buying this. Upon "completion" I took it to Luther Chevrolet who promptly reported a bent axle and brake rotor (RWD with solid axle vehicle). Additionally, they informed me that this was not at all safe to drive! American Family Insurance and Luther Chevrolet quickly made it right by repairing the damage that should have been fixed up front. Dave Holt would not be impressed (anyone from the area will understand this). More
