Dishonest auto group Hudson Honda In West New York Jul 17, 2020 Dan "unprofessional not honest" Wanda gave My elderly mother a price on a Fit. I went with her to lease Hudson Honda In West New York Jul 17, 2020 Dan "unprofessional not honest" Wanda gave My elderly mother a price on a Fit. I went with her to lease the car. Told no more Fits but getting one from Paramus Honda. She selected a color. 45 minutes later Manny said they decided not to send car. We were told by Paramus that they never called to ask for the car. Manny immediately began to sell us the car she didn’t want. As he listed the upfront charges I notices several new charges amounting to $2,000. When I asked why they were not listed for other vehicle. He casually said she forgot them and kept going. He didn’t even apologize or care. As a regional Sales Manager for a fortune 100 company, I think at least an apology was in order but Manny wanted to sell us the other vehicle and just kept going. We got up and left. This place has no competition and is run like a boiler room. Get your House in order Joe Lynch GM. Did you even bother to call my mother back. NO More
