Terrible service I requested a synthetic oil change, and instead they put synthetic blend. Before paying I noticed that the receipt said synthetic blend and I question I requested a synthetic oil change, and instead they put synthetic blend. Before paying I noticed that the receipt said synthetic blend and I questioned the advisor, he mentioned that they put synthetic blend on the receipt in order to be able to apply the discount (I received in the mail) And he told me once again that they put full synthetic in my car. I went straight to the mechanic that serviced my car and he confirmed that they put synthetic blend as stated on the paperwork. These service advisors as well as the service manager are terrible dishonest people. Instead of helping the customers they take advantage. Please stay away from this dealership they are dishonest crooks. Don’t trust these people they are liars. More
Disillusioned Customer I recently returned my lease after being a customer for 14 years. My wife and I leased 6 vehicles over that timespan. Unfortunately, at no point, was I ever offered any customer loyalty discounts. The offers I received were not competitive. I was basically treated like a new customer who had never set foot in that dealership. However, the representatives at the dealership, particularly Yirko Salgado, were always very attentive and accommodating. Thank you for the 14 years of service. More

Purchasing a vechile I think it was great but some things in communication with the customer was not the best and everything felt very rushed. I would have appreciated a little insight in the paper work that was being done during the time of purchase because there was a lot of back of fourth and a lot of thing happening in the behind of the scenes without them because communicated to us clearly. I thought Santiago was great and still consistently tries his best to make you feel comfortable and informative as possible. Lastly, I would like to say Giancarlo was great and was very informative, patient, and helpful in the whole documentation process. Emmanuel was absolutely no help at all. He was inconsiderate and moved my car without letting me where he put it. He just did things and never told you the process of what is next or what is happening next so you don’t feel lost. I appreciate the help from Joshua as well but the staff there is too busy doing what they are doing instead of helping a customer who might be potential sale like other dealerships and also don’t ask questions if they someone who might be confused and need helps More
