Was looking to upgrade my old CRV to a hybrid version and after speaking to Milton, he said he would call me back within an hour regarding pricing,availability etc., needless to say he never did so I decided after speaking to Milton, he said he would call me back within an hour regarding pricing,availability etc., needless to say he never did so I decided to call back and this time spoke with Jesus Tarazona and he tried to "school" me by saying why it is justifiable for them to go almost 20% MSRP over for the new CRV. According to him, because the market dictates it. Give me a break! I would never deal with these guys again and would advise any friends and family if there are in the market for a Honda to go elsewhere. I have bought numerous cars before (12 to be exact), and this was the worst expericence I had. More

I was scheduled for 7 o’clock in the morning for an oil to change and new tires. They didn’t get started on my car and to 9 o’clock. Meanwhile it was freezing in the show room and I also got charged $1200 to change and new tires. They didn’t get started on my car and to 9 o’clock.
