My experience at Hudson Hyundai was unique. Before coming here I went to other hyundai dealerships and was nothing compare to my experience at Hudson. My sales person, Ulises, was outstanding. He made me feel like I was in a friend`s house not in a dealership. He listen to needs and try to help me out to get the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted. He was always smiling and making me feel welcome at all time. There was not pressure from neither him nor the management at the time of negotiation. The staff was great also. They knew we were there for about 3 hours and the brought us chicken empanadas. I used to be on the car bussiness some time ago and I know how hard a negotiation can turn into, but this guys at Hudson Hyundai they are not trying to make a one time bussiness but to make a customer for life. On scale from 1 to 10 I give them a 10. More

Playing Numbers Games I never had to right a review before this experience, Talk about a bait and switch they wanted to do with me. First I was looking into leasing a 2015 I never had to right a review before this experience, Talk about a bait and switch they wanted to do with me. First I was looking into leasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata they had a lease add for $99 a month even i knew that was to good to be true so i called in about it of course it was. I expected to be out the door around $150 witch is not bad. So i called up and spoke to Randy in internet sales. He explained to me all thing you had to qualify for in order to be at $99 a month. I understood and he said let me get my sales manager on the phone. I spoke to Jeremy and he said look come in today and i can get you a bit lower then $175 with tax. I said I didnt wanna waste my time by coming in and the prices change when you come in. So then he put me on the phone with Randy again. Hes like come in im here till 9pm. I asked him if Jeremy could do better on the price he said yes! " Presence is value" = meaning i come in today i would get a good deal. I head over to the dealer and asked for Randy. A sales rep was very rude was like i can help you out dont worry about Randy. I wanted to speak to Randy as he already knew the deal i made with Jeremy. Also i wanted Randy to get the commission not some random. I kept asking for Randy until he came over and said that this sales man can help me he only talks on the phone to bring customers in. Already i felt like this was going south. I gave him a chance. I told him the deal that me and Jeremy spoke about on the phone. He said that was imposable but he will present it to his sales manager. He comes back with a monthly price of $192 a month. At this point i can see im getting the runn about. I ask to speak to the sales manager. Rick comes of and asks who i spoke to i told him i spoke to Jeremy on the phone and i asked where he was, of course he was not there. He said that the deal we spoke about on the phone is imposable to do and that he would honer the price of $175 plus tax and writes it down at a $175 a month + tax. I was like whats the plus tax amount. He said im not sure but you will be around $186 a month if you dont put more money down. Then i asked how are you honoring Jeremy's price if your trying to charge me more. Then he said we dont give prices over the phone with TAX. ??? I told Jeremy 3 times to make sure every thing was included all fess and taxes. HE said yes $175 a month . At this point im completely furious with Rick he wouldn't at any mount write down $186 a month i asked why? He said that it was estimated amount. At this point i was completely getting the run around. I got up and left. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THERE PRICING GAMES .. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE More

In for an oil change - Out with a new lease!! Ulises Puig had such a friendly attitude (not a shark like most car salesmen). He also served our country in my hometown of Ft. Benning, GA!!! After viewing some options, he had me in a new Sonata within a record breaking 3hrs (usually ppl spend HOURS at dealerships). Extremely happy! More
