Pleasantly surprised. Went to the dealership expecting a negative experience after nothing but bad experiences with previous dealers. I walked in and was introduced to my sales rep, Sergio Lopez. He asked what I was looking for and I told him about the used van I saw on Carfax and he led me straight to the van. After a quick test drive we went to his desk for the negotiations. I told him the amount of money I wanted to put down and the term and payment amount. He came back with an amount lower which completely surprised me. Deal done! The whole staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Definitely going back for my next car purchase. More
