I like coming there. Kenny was VERY GOOD to us with Mike's older Pathfinder, keeping it alive. I have a Mazda, but feel comfy bringing it there as opposed to driving to N. Chas. Thanks. I bought the oil change (3)package and this was a use on that. I liked the video. Everything was fine. It was recommended that I change the brake fluid (next time) and the trannie fluid (did this time), I asked Bryan how much the trannie fluid change would be. He told me 254.99 would be the cost. That being said, I was not happy with how much they were going to charge me when I went to check out. Well over $300.00. Luckily, Kenny honored a coupon for money off that I found online, but, if you're going to say something will cost 254.99, please say plus tax, plus fees, plus parts, whatever. No one wants to think they bought something at $254.99 and then get told upwards of $350 at checkout. And, tell people you have a military or teacher/first-responder discounts. Be kind. It's kind of an expensive place to live. LOL I will come back, and we did buy the 3 oil change package for the Pathfinder, too, that day. But tell Bryan, I wasn't happy with him not quoting me a correct price. No one wants sticker shock! Especially when they started off with the 'free' piece of the oil change package. PS....the minute I hit Savannah, my tire pressure light went on, and has been on (on front dash). I'm guessing it's the too high pressure, so hubbie will take them down to 30-32 and hopefully it will go off. More

Our salesperson Angel was wonderful until he received our check. Once the check was in his hands, we were just a thought. I had to ask how did he start the vehicle with the remote. He showed my husband then turned to go speak with his co-workers. I had to contact the manager concerning Angel not showing my husband how to work the truck as well as the truck was shaking when you went over 65 mph. We were told by the manager to bring the truck back so that it could be checked as well as for Angel to show my husband how to work the different features on this truck. We explained that we did not want Angel. He stated that he will get us to someone else. Once the truck was checked and the tires were balanced, we were told that we would have to go to the sales department. We were told that all of the managers had just gone into a meeting even though it was the manager who set up the appointment. We went to the CSR would went and found someone for us. This gentleman acted as though he didn’t really have time for us because we were already a sale. He asked my husband what questions did he have. I informed him that he needed to be instructed on the entire truck. We paid for the truck, therefore he will be instructed. The salesperson’s are horrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car that’s up on blocks. More
Buckle up yall - let me tell yall about Angel - so i rolled up in a rental cause the trusty mom mobile went down for good. I brought the WHOLE family and i was really sad cause the car i wanted was gone. Angel was like “chicka i got you” he didn’t try to push anything off on me. I test drove 4 cars before We found the ride i never thought i could get. My dark blue Chevy Blazer - less than 30000 miles - still in my budget. -totally not a mom mobile - we talked, we laughed, i ended up leaving with three (3) cars. You read that correctly. Two out my 3 daughters and myself left with vehicles that day. Now the part you need to know. Any questions , issues, concerns are always met with professionalism, patience and kindness. The 5 day car switch out was used for one of my girls, with no hassles. I went over every package on our contracts to ensure my girls had what they need like the tire package for my daughter that is stationed in Maryland. Oil change packages etc. Y’all i cant express how impressed i am with Angel and the staff. He knows his stuff, worked all 3 of your contracts till past closing, has the patience of a saint. And still answers my questions if i call or txt. I would definitely be tired of me if i were him lol - Even if your just looking go talk to Angel - you wont be disappointed. More

I appreciate the complimentary car wash coupon I received as well as the email with the video showing my car after it was repaired. I'm a customer of this dealership for life! More
