i like the vehicle but I think that i did't get a good deal I’ve found the general deal always oriented to get the best deal for the seller, I spent over 8 hours and dealing with 3 different sales persons, tryi I’ve found the general deal always oriented to get the best deal for the seller, I spent over 8 hours and dealing with 3 different sales persons, trying to convince me. They requested my personal documents at the beginning and they withhold them until they reach the deal. I requested my documents back several times and they always found the way to ignore my request. Not a good experience for me. More

I had visited a competitor dealership in Parsippany (which is much closer to my house) but they did not even pay attention to me and I had to basically beg someone to let me see one of the models, which led me to go all the way out to Jersey City. Christian answered all of my questions and managed all of my negotiations with Gary, the manager, who was also great. Chito closed the deal like a seasoned professional. It was truly a pleasure to work with these gentlemen and I would urge anyone looking for a Subaru to visit these guys. I will definitely be coming back here when I decide to get another new car!
