Maybe they can change this experience but so far no. Needed my hybrid battery to be replaced and the tech said it would only take a few days. With that in mind, I said okay do the work. Well, the day turned into a week turned into 3 weeks so far. I call several times today and finally speak to my tech. I appreciate his professionalism when I was upset but he says it’s going to take another week for the part to come in. At this point I’m genuinely upset. The first time they gave me a small discount for the inconvenience and now they’re saying I can just take my car back and “just pay the diagnostic fee if I’m not happy” and how there’s a shortage of the part etc. From hearing that, I decided to call my friend who works at another Toyota that’s much further than I wanted to travel to get my car repaired. He tells me his parts team says there’s 126 in California and would take a week to get there. I don’t know the ins and outs of the business but that sounds like a good amount of them and find it hard to believe they all just came in today. Anyways, I’m forced to wait or try my Luck elsewhere. Through their persistence in getting an insurance policy, I was able to drive out of the dealership on SAME DAY with a new and beautiful Highlander. A seamless, painless, courteous and attentive experience including a short training session to show me where all the warp drive and tractor beam buttons were located. Warranties, maintenance and extended warranty prices seem fair and reasonably priced. Thinking of buying a Corolla from them next !! More
Hudson Toyota Placed a deposit, which I have in writing was refundable, on a new 4Runner. Once the vehicle arrived, decided I didn't want the car (received a better price at another dealership) and asked was refundable, on a new 4Runner. It has been almost 2 weeks now and no refund. Juan doesn't answer emails, return phone calls or is 'available". Turning it over to my attorney. Avoid Hudson Toyota, Jersey City NJ! ' More

This dealership is the best dealership I have ever come across.... Brought Rav4 2022 car from Hudson toyota showroom, the customer service was great. IMRAN was our sales rep. He was great! Was not pushy at all and was willing to show me any car from the showroom. He is the best car salesman I have ever come across.He explained everything and took his time.The paperwork was quick. Come money ready and you will walk out with whatever car you want same day. Hands down the best place ever, from customer service to cleanliness 5 star business. So look no further this is where you want to get your next car they have every model and in every price range you will not regret it.I would definitely purchase another car from them just because of there customer service was really awsome. First was purchasing my RAV4 spend 8 hours as a cash buyer worst experience ever as a first time buyer long wait for everything… Second time was today for my vehicle maintenance just to rotate tires and fluids top up .spoke to a receptionist ask how long is the wait she said approximately one hour or one and a half hour, ok np .So I went was there waited for 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced can’t find a manager to talk to ,Service Advise chatting with other employees told me he was busy, that I have to wait for my turn was not nice to me ,then another Service Advisor saw what was happening ,then told me to go to the manager office and report him ,because he was not doing his job. had customers waiting long ,I was thirsty and tired went to waiting room customers laying down all over sleeping why ? because customers have to wait long for their vehicle I spoke to another customer ask how long he was waiting he also said 4 hours waiting so sad and disappointed i miss my other appointment because of this. More
