I was not satisfied with the customer service I was given after the purchase of my used vehicle. Three weeks after the purchase I discovered that the cd player did not work. I contacted Shane, his response w after the purchase of my used vehicle. Three weeks after the purchase I discovered that the cd player did not work. I contacted Shane, his response was the he would see what he could do. Two weeks later I contacted him again to check on the status. He told me he was still checking on what could be done. Another week later I got no response and gave up trying. I was not satisfied with the lack of response I was given and like most dealerships when purchasing a used vehicle, once off the lot not much effort is given to repair anything that is not working properly. I really like Huebner's Subaru, except for the Christian signs in the service department. I am not a Christian and I think people should keep religion out of business.... I went to Heubner just to look at cars far a in the future purchase. I had been to a car dealership down the road where the sales people where rude and dismissive. I left and came to Heubner where I wa future purchase. I had been to a car dealership down the road where the sales people where rude and dismissive. I left and came to Heubner where I was greated at the door with curtesy and shown items that I asked for in a rough price range. The sales person I had was Jackie. She was wonderful. I had told her about my financial situation and was told that they might be able to help. I told her what car I would be trading and they took a look at it. They found that I was driving a car that could possibly injure someone if I hit a pothole wrong. I was placed in a new car that week so that I would be safe on the road. I was shown vehicles in a price range I could afford and something that I would drive. I had a great experience at Heubner and if I need to trade in my Blazer I will go to heubner and no other. More
Rob Forbes is an asset to Huebner Chevrolet. He has always been friendly and courteous towards us without being pushy. My husband originally went to GUESS MOTORS to look at a vehicle. The salespeople wouldnt even aknowledge his pressence on the lot, so he went to Huebner (which we have bought vehicles there before)Rob Forbes came out and introduced himself and gave my husband space to look over cars at his leisure and let him know where he would be if he had any questions. Because of Robs attitude and knowledge of everything we were looking for, we bought a 2010 Subaru(which had to come from another dealership) and now have purchased a 2011 Chevy pickup. Rob went out of his way to find exactly the right vehicles that we wanted and even calls/emails regularly to see if we are having any problems and how we like our vehicles. Its also good that you have evening hours, makes it so convenient after work. Just wish you weren't an hour drive for us! More

During my shopping activity for a new Outback (2010), I contacted two dealers online and visited one showroom (Ganley, Bedford, OH). I had received a quote from Ganley and was going forward with the purcha contacted two dealers online and visited one showroom (Ganley, Bedford, OH). I had received a quote from Ganley and was going forward with the purchase when Shane Laizure from Huebner contacted me and posted a much lower price for a more sohpisticated model. After several counter proposals, it was obvious that Shane and dealership management were more willing to provide the lowest price; Ganley only met the lower Huebner price rather than offering their own lowest price. In addition, Huebner gave the highest price for my trade-in. I purchased from Huebner. Shane saved me more than $1000 and put me in a new, better equipped model (rather than a less-equipped demonstrator). The sales process was smooth, friendly and all members of the sales team very cooperative. I live an hour from Huebner and title transfer of both cars as well as delivery was quick and accurate. In addition, the business manager provided such a reasonable extended warranty price that I purchased this as well, a purchase I usually do not make with a new car. It is noteworthy that my Outback included several accessories that Huebner had to order and install. This was done quickly and correctly. At the end of the transaction, I felt that Shane and other members of the dealership really appreciated my purchasing from them. More
