It's not on the rate that they request, but on the respect they give to the end customer, which disturbs me. If Dave and Ruben support wouldn't be there, I wouldn't lease the car from Jeep, due to the reasons explained, and that wouldn't be my first time in US. Last year as I arrived to US from Europe, I asked for a Chevrolet, and due to that kind of finance company behaviour, I didn't leas the Chevrolet any more., Thanks for getting this feedback.
