Horrible Customer Service After 2.5 hours of sitting to see if they had looked at my car the young lady said they didn't have time to look at my car. Over the phone they told m After 2.5 hours of sitting to see if they had looked at my car the young lady said they didn't have time to look at my car. Over the phone they told me that I didn't need an appointment to get an estimate. They never had the decency to tell me after 30 mins of me sitting there that they would not even have time to look at my car. I had to walk up and ask them the status of my car. Needless to say that I left after 2.5 hours of wasting my time and the lady said she would put it on the computer under my name that the next time I bring my car back that she could move it up to the front of the line. It was a complete and total waste of my time to take my car there. More
