The most important part of my experience was that they didn’t rush me to make a decision. I was able to take my time, test drive what I was interested in, and make an informed decision which was unlike any experience I had previously. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Ball. He, like the rest of the team, is a no pressure salesman. He gave me direct answers and never beat around the bush. He was very informed and if he was ever unsure he would validate the information before talking to me. Jeff also took extra time to get to know me so he could tailor my experience to me. At the end of the day, I was still uncertain about my decision and they worked with me to provide me the car I wanted at a price I could not beat. I respect the business and service that the Humes team is providing because they are doing so while maintaining their honesty and integrity. They go the extra mile for their customers. Humes was the second Jeep dealership near Erie that I had visited after I heard about their awesome reputation. The first dealership I went to had made me uncomfortable and they did not treat me well. This made me nervous because it made me believe all of the horror stories that you hear about car dealerships and salesmen, but Humes is very different.
