I was approached by Bob within minutes of my arrival. He instantly made me feel comfortable and wasn’t pushy or putting any pressure on me at all. He took the time to search and make sure that I was getting absolutely everything that I wanted and needed in my vehicle. Needless to say, after a day of “looking” at cars, I drove off the lot with my brand new Jeep Renegade. I can’t thank Bob enough for his thorough and polite care. Kevin was also very helpful and very informative, he answered all of my questions and really assured me that I was definitely making the right choice. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!
