Easiest Car Buying Experience In Years I stopped in to Humes Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Waterford in order to look at and price a used vehicle as my current Jeep was on it's way out. From day one they made the experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. I ran my finance application online from home at night and was promptly contacted the next business day by the dealer Bryan Mckee. Bryan assisted me every step of the way, answering numerous questions, test driving many many vehicles and never once making me feel pressured or obligated to buy. My fiance and I finally decided on the vehicle we wanted and again the team at Humes made the process incredibly easy as I contacted my insurance company, sent in paperwork etc. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dealership or my sales person Bryan. This is how purchasing a vehicle should be. Although I did not buy the newest, flashiest or even most expensive vehicle from them by any means, they never once made me feel anything other than solid about my decision. This is my second experience with them and their team, the first assisting a friend with a purchase, which was why I decided to go to them when I was in need of a new vehicle.
