Our intension was to just to test drive & rule out 1 or both of these cars. We have purchased from Humes in the past & were very pleased with the deal & service after the sale. Brooke Reese was our salesmen that time & we felt no pressure or stress when making that decision to purchase that vehicle. Tonight we told Brooke that we where just looking & wanted to test drive a couple of cars. He welcomed us & handed us the keys to the first car. We drove the car & determined this car was not a good fit for us. So he gave us the keys to car # 2 we drove it & liked it, but it didn't have everything we were looking for. So after driving car # 2 we had a better idea of what we were looking for. This whole time Brooke was so patient with us. So we headed back to his office & he mentioned this car he had in the show room that may be a good fit for us and there it was, THE ONE. They appraised our trade & the deal was done just like that. Bob explained all my features on my vehicle from head to toe, leaving no "mystery buttons" for me to look up in the manual. I can see why my mother drove from Ohio to purchased her vehicle here and I can say I am glad I did the same.
