This dealership does very little to take care of their customers. I bought a truck there and had issues with it. Switched it into a new one and still having issues. This dealership has not been accommodat customers. I bought a truck there and had issues with it. Switched it into a new one and still having issues. This dealership has not been accommodating as far as delivering the new vehicle, picking me up for service and offering me a loaner. Other Dealerships offered to pick me up, pay for my lunch, and give me a suitable loaner car. I wish I would have gone with a high volume dealership versus the small mom and Pop shop where the owner shows off his $10MM car collection in the lobby, reminding customers how much they are getting gouged. More

Before purchasing Carson took me on my test-drive and did the detailing after I bought my truck and set me up with the Ford app and made sure I was happy before leaving. They have a good team there and I know where I'll be going in the future. More
