I have been working with this dealership for the last 9 years (3 different leases, 3 different cars) and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. My dad also drives over 100 miles to come here and has been wi years (3 different leases, 3 different cars) and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Took my car in for a routine oil change in Oct 2022. I was greeted with hi sweetheart. I knew I was in trouble. I'm conducting business, I'm not your sweetheart. When I got home, my car started smoking, I was greeted with hi sweetheart. I knew I was in trouble. I'm conducting business, I'm not your sweetheart. When I got home, my car started smoking, I looked under car and saw oil leaking. I called the service dept immediately. My "sweetheart" tech told me to drive it in. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that it's leaking too much. (My engine is relatively new) "Oh it's ok" NOT! I used my AAA towing service to tow it in. It poured oil out as it was being rolled off the flatbed. There was some damage. I guess I'll never know how much. While working on my vehicle they it the rack, damaged my front end and destroyed my tire. They couldn't find my high end Michellin but offered 1 lower grade tire until they could get a match to my tires which were relatively new. This all occurred in Oct 2022. It's now Apr 2023. Still no tire and not one status call or returned message. I've been more than patient.i want this taken care of! More
