I had my car towed to the service department on Friday morning and called over 20 times and couldn't get a hold of the service department. Its now Tuesday and I have continued to call and no one picks up morning and called over 20 times and couldn't get a hold of the service department. Its now Tuesday and I have continued to call and no one picks up or can't tell me that my car has even been given a diagnostic test. More

I can only say the dealership has given me the worst new buying experience. I traded in my Tacoma for a new Maverick, the dealer inflated the truck cost, and a full 20+ days later cannot even pay off my ol buying experience. I traded in my Tacoma for a new Maverick, the dealer inflated the truck cost, and a full 20+ days later cannot even pay off my old vehicle balance. My account went late with my previous bank and I had to pay out of pocket to complete the transaction and not show my account as late. I've called my sales man at Ford without any news, I would honestly think it over before dealing with the dealership, speaking to finance was no better either. More
