I had made an appointment so when I arr experience with the service department at Huntington Honda today. The staff was so efficient and courteous. I had made an appointment so when I arrived with my car I dropped it off and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They finished servicing the car in such a timely fashion and the quality of their service was excellent. I found the entire staff to be so friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
I would recommend this dealer only if u go in with your homework already done. I suggest checking the edmunds.com forum boards for best prices in ur area on the vehicle ur shopping for. They play alot of g homework already done. I suggest checking the edmunds.com forum boards for best prices in ur area on the vehicle ur shopping for. They play alot of games! So much they even quoted us a price that was $1000.+ over the sticker price of the honda odyssey exl that we wanted. Haha. They felt stupid when we called them on it. We walked out with a great deal... can't remember exact #'s off the top of my head but it was about $5000 below sticker. not bad. More

I had read the reviews before going to the Huntington dealer on Sunday hoping if I can get a good deal. But the reviews were correct they play games and games. The sales man will take credit card to negoti dealer on Sunday hoping if I can get a good deal. But the reviews were correct they play games and games. The sales man will take credit card to negotiate the deal.Still not clear why they need a Credit Card if they are not running anything. Then after negotiating for rates they were reluctant on delivery saying they need around 3-4 hour for preparation. As they had CRV model in inventory so I agreed to come on Monday in afternoon to get CRV.Monday i was not able to make it.So on Tuesday I took half day in hope that I will get the Delivery same day.But next day also they had excuse for delivery but they insisted on making the deal and can take delivery on Saturday.I felt I was stupid I believed them in first place and lost my half day pay due to them and these guys don't have value for customer time. So overall customer satisfaction was zero. More
Being the somewhat typical college student, every cent I had went to school, books and just getting to and from. Unfortunetly I was driving an 87 Suburban and getting gas was putting me in the poor house. H had went to school, books and just getting to and from. Unfortunetly I was driving an 87 Suburban and getting gas was putting me in the poor house. Huntington Honda was Reccomended to me by a friend who picked up a new civic a week earlier. Huntington Honda took my elderly truck as a trade in and got me in a used civic which happened to be certified and was still under a warrenty. I only have great things to say about the car and the dealership, I really enjoyed my experience and the knowledge of the salesman. If you guys are reading this THANKS AGAIN More
My car is older, a 1997 Honda Prelude. Went in for some axles, tie rods, tires and an alignment in May. Now in October, the tires are worn to xxxx 10,000 miles later due to what my mechanic said was the wo axles, tie rods, tires and an alignment in May. Now in October, the tires are worn to xxxx 10,000 miles later due to what my mechanic said was the worst alignmnet he's ever seen. The toe wa -1.40, the factory specs should be -0.01-0.002. I've been calling for 3 days, but Jerome is being an a hole and not returning my phone calls, keeps saying I will get reimbursed for their mistakes. I'm still waiting. Crooks. More
There is no car on the premises to show you but they state they have one on a lot where they keep inventory. Games, games, and more games is what this dealership is about. Go in with your best prices/lease worksheets in hand and don't budge. One technique the sales guy has for keeping you in the dealership is to pretend to advocate for you in presenting your offer to his manager for approval. He asks for your credit card so as to demonstrate your seriousness. The intent is not to run any charges on it, but to hold you at the dealership to avoid you getting fed up with the haggling and walking out in disgust. This gives them ample time to have the manager go to work on you. If you're interested in leasing, they will typically offer you a lease through a bank before using Honda America, under the guise that the bank lease is lower. Possibly true, but the wear/tear policies on the bank lease are pretty rigid, and there is a hefty disposition fee at the end of the lease. They don't offer Honda unless you ask for it, and then at a higher price. Overall, a very unscrupulous dealer - don't sign ANYTHING the same day as your visit unless it is extremely clear that you are getting a good deal. More
huntington honda is great. i had a very good experience both times i was there the first time i dealt with alex . he helped me to understand why the check engine light was coming on in my honda accord, i both times i was there the first time i dealt with alex . he helped me to understand why the check engine light was coming on in my honda accord, i had to wait around but he got me out in alittle over an hour . he said that he had the part in stock that i needed and it was fixed right the first time, and it was not very expensive. The last time i was in, today i worked with greg for and "express" oil change . he got me in and out in 35 minutes and he even gave me a discount. Huntington honda is one of the best dealers in the area and the only place i will continue to have my car worked on. More
I was in a market for 2008 honda accord. After getting couple of quotes from different dealers. I took the lowest quote to Huntington Honda, asked them to match or beat the deal. Although they could't mat couple of quotes from different dealers. I took the lowest quote to Huntington Honda, asked them to match or beat the deal. Although they could't match or beat the deal it was still in the reasonable range for me. And the lowest quote was from Paragon Honda (stay away!) i just decided to take the deal and buy it from them. Everything from that point on was super smooth. No pushy sales pitch, all paper work was done within 30 minutes. Although the financial advsior tried to sell me extra security system and an extended warranty, i simply said no and that was it. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Took the delivery next monday. Got a phone call ensuring my satisfaction. I haven't got a chance to go in for a service yet but i'm pretty sure they'll live up to my expectation. More
