Rey worked with me not only on getting the best price but, I also ended up leaving with the car and color that I wanted!! Rey made the experience for us easy and stress free. I would recommend Rey Shah to anyone who is looking to purchase a Honda!!! Also, he was a great salesman and when my next lease is up he will be the salesperson I request to deal with. Thank you again Rey Shah for making our experience with Honda a great one!!! More

Poor customer service I was warned but didnt listen. I understand some cars may sell fast, but I was interested in a used car at this location. They called me back via ca I was warned but didnt listen. I understand some cars may sell fast, but I was interested in a used car at this location. They called me back via cargurus and left a message. I called back and left a message. They never returned a call back again. When the car had a price drop one week later, I called again and scheduled an appt. to test drive the car in 4 hours. They said they would have it pulled and ready to go. When I showed up for my appointment the lady at the front desk asked me wait while she checked to see if it was "available". (Right there I knew I was going to get a turn around). She then informed me that it sold that morning. There was no courtesy call to inform me of this. Waste of time as this location was out of my way. This site provides amazing reviews, but when I linked to other reviews sites last week there were warnings of a similar situation. I was warned that the car I would come in to see would be no longer available and they would pressure for me to view other cars. When she told me it was sold, I turned to see about 5 salesmen standing in a circle ready to pounce. I immediately said no thanks and left. I dont like being played with. See ya! More

Huntington Honda Loses a Loyal Customer On January 1st 2019 I signed the paperwork on a new lease for a Honda Pilot EX-L. I've been a happy and loyal customer since 2007 and this is my 5th v On January 1st 2019 I signed the paperwork on a new lease for a Honda Pilot EX-L. I've been a happy and loyal customer since 2007 and this is my 5th vehicle purchased or leased with Huntington Honda, unfortunately it will be my last. Four of the five vehicles I leased were deals done with their longtime salesman AK Bhuiyan. I always felt I received a fair deal after some negotiating and AK Bhuiyan.never promised me something he couldn't deliver, until now. As I was discussing the deal with AK Bhuiyan., because I'm a longtime loyal customer and was turning in a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L, I asked if I would have to pay the $400.00 disposition fee. AK Bhuiyan informed me that I wouldn't have to pay the fee, and that I should call the finance company (Fusion Auto Finance) and inform them I was getting into a new lease and provide them with the VIN# of the new vehicle. This should've been an obvious red flag and I should've asked AK Bhuiyan to put it in writing to guarantee the fee would be waived, but in my loyalty I became complacent and that's my fault. I signed the paperwork, which also indicates that I'm responsible for the fee, again my fault for trusting a car salesman and not having him note waiving the fee on the contract. Why didn't AK Bhuiyan tell me I was responsible for the fee and the dealership couldn't or wouldn't waive it? I don't know, maybe he thought I wouldn't close the deal. But again I've been a customer for 12 years and wouldn't walk away if AK Bhuiyan was honest and up front in this situation. Of course I signed the deal, then called Fusion Auto finance and the representative told me that I was responsible for the fee and they couldn't waive it; the dealership would have to cover it. I first called the Huntington Honda business manager, Julio Martinez, who was nice enough but didn't have any information and referred me to AK Bhuiyan again, who told me that if Fusion wouldn't waive the fee he would give me a complimentary oil change. It's laughable, surprising and just disappointing. I let my guard down by taking AK Bhuiyan at his word and paid the price. $400 won't break me or break Huntington Honda, but it's the principle - something that is lost on Barry Weckstein and this dealership. I filled out the Honda survey and then, naturally, got a call from sales manager Barry Weckstein inquiring about my displeasure with the dealership. He was clearly annoyed and implied that I was lying because I had signed the paperwork, there was nothing in writing about waiving the fee and of course he doesn't know if AK Bhuiyan ever promised me I wouldn't have to pay the disposition fee. Barry Weckstein reminded me I signed all the paperwork stating I was responsible for the fee, which I did and have acknowledged but it doesn't make up for the FACT that his salesman misled me and lied. Sales manager Barry Weckstein was rude, uncaring and was annoyed when I reminded him that I've been a happy & loyal customer (longer than he's actually worked at Huntington Honda) and I think he has a lot to learn about how to treat customers. If the dealership wants to lose a loyal customer over $400.00 that's entirely their choice. This isn't just about the money, it's about how you treat people, and this type of behavior - very old school car salesman behavior - is why you can't ever believe what a car salesman tells you. Always get it in writing and don't trust or value their word or become complacent. Barry Weckstein told me he would discuss the disposition fee with his manager and on the second phone call, of course he informed me there was nothing Huntington Honda could or would do. Barry Weckstein was even more rude and more annoyed that I was disappointed that he didn't once acknowledge my customer loyalty. This has not been the experience I've had with Honda or this dealership over the years and it's disappointing. I'll write a letter to Honda corporate and take my business elsewhere. And maybe Barry Weckstein, AK Bhuiyan and the team should value their customers a bit more. More

Complete Fraud! Stay Far Away! Bait and Switch pricing. I went in to test drive and possibly purchase a car listed online at 12,995. The ad said “price listed is for full cash price.” I understood that ther I went in to test drive and possibly purchase a car listed online at 12,995. The ad said “price listed is for full cash price.” I understood that there will be fees and such as listed in the ad and was completely fine with that. They told me that the price reflects a $1,995 down payment. I asked them where it says that in the ad and they couldn’t tell me (because it didn’t). I then asked them how it could reflect a down payment and then say that it reflects a full cash price. They told me that they didn’t know. I asked them who wrote the ad. They said anyone could have written it. This is false advertising/bait and switch at its finest and it’s the reason why people hate going to buy cars. I have no idea how they get away with it but they shouldn’t. More
