I HAD A FANTASTIC CREDIT SCORE UNTIL ELWAY BRANCHED OUT TO NUMEROUS BANKS TO GET A LOW FINANCE RATE. I RECEIVED NUMEROUS DENIALS FROM BANKS BECAUSE OF MY FRIENDS BANKRUPTCY. I HAD OVER 800 CREDIT SCORE UNTIL ELWAY SENT OUT TO OVER 20 BANKS WHICH DID A HARD HIT CREDIT CHECK ON ME. ELWAY COMPLETELY RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE WITHIN MINUTES. I AM APPALLED AT HIS INCOMPETENCE. ELWAY HAD THE TITLE SENT IN MY CO-SIGNERS NAME NOT MINE SO I CANNOT REGISTER THIS VEHICLE IN MY NAME. WHEN I CONTACTED ELWAY TODAY 4/17/2018 HE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME. HE TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST HE WAS BUSY THEN NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THEY WERE ALL BUSY. I FEEL THAT ELWAY, JEN AND THE RECEPTIONIST REFUSE TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY AS THEY ARE AVOIDING ME. I AM FORCED TO GO THERE IN PERSON TO GET THIS TITLE PROBLEM RECTIFIED. I AM A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER AND THIS EXPERIENCE HAS COMPLETELY RUINED ME. Two weeks after I leased my car, I received billing information, and an invoice for my first payment. My wife never received her first statement. Huntington Honda assured my wife that she had time, and not to worry. The first payment after the initial payment is due in one business day, so my wife called the credit union that Huntington Honda processed her loan application with. The loan agent that answered the phone informed my wife that her loan was never processed. The woman in the phone ran several computer checks, but my wife didn't have an account. When i contacted the GM at Huntington Honda , Mr. Irfan Mohammad did blame the credit union, unaware that my wife and I had already spoken to the credit union. Mr. Organ accused my wife of just attempting to not pay a bill,and trying to get a handout from honda. My wife and have leased at least five cars from Huntington from Honda. We will not do business with Honda again. Not just Huntington Honda,but any Honda. Truly unprofessional. The staff changed and the experience is not the same More
