I felt like I went through a police interrogation after literally hours of negotiating and ending up with a mediocre deal at best. Go elsewhere, you've been warned. I've also had a few years to think about my experience at Huntington Honda and after turning in my vehicle yesterday, here's a run down of the "sales tactics" I was exposed to and hopefully will better inform others. (Although I'd highly suggest avoiding this place altogether) 1. The double negotiation, You'll sit down at a sales desk with a person who is supposed to be your sales person. After you seem to come to an agreement with your sales person, they will have to check with their manager. The manager will then come over and then start the whole process over again, trying to squeeze whatever money they can from you to make you go higher. 2. The amazing trade in value. This is when they offer you an amazing trade in value for your car. NEVER trade in your car for a lease. It literally means nothing and applies to nothing. Most reasonable people would assume that if you're getting $6K trade in value for a car then that would apply to either A. your lease payment or B. The value of the car if you decide to buy at the end of your lease. However, neither of these things are true. If you don't believe me look at your contract under the section "How the Amount Due at Lease Signing or Delivery Will Be Paid". See that first line where your vehicle is described? There's a bit fat "0" on the line item. This tactic is complete smoke and mirrors, ignore it. 3. The Accessories. You would think your done after over four hours of negotiation and signing your contract BUT you're not! After you square away your contract you're then sent to another room with an extremely over eager person looking to try to milk more money out of you by slapping on accessories. REFUSE ALL OF THESE. First, when you return the car anything you can't physically remove yourself will now become the property of Honda. They give you ZERO compensation. In my case I purchased a remote starter for $500 (!!), when I went to go turn the car in, it was impossible to remove the remote starter by itself and I was given no compensation for this product that is now an apparent gift to Honda. Second, the prices of these accessories are truly absurd. If you're thinking of buying anything PLEASE take out your phone and look up the same product on Google and compare the prices. It's astounding. 4. The "Loyalty Fee". Honda calls it a turn in fee but that's spin. If you do not purchase another Honda product they will charge $350 (!) for not being a loyal Honda customer. This is non-negotiable, just ask your sales person. So essentially if Honda can't keep your business you have to pay them $350. 5. What you pay over the life of your lease has no relation to your purchase price at the end of your lease. This is not a sales tactic, just something I was totally surprised by and hope it saves others the headache I had. In my case the vehicle was valued at $30,917K (this was over what the sticker on the car said BTW), I paid $15,724 during the life of my lease AND traded in car which I was supposedly receiving a $6K trade in value. Most reasonable people would assume that you would then owe $9,123 if you wanted to purchase the car. BUT the purchase price was actually $17,865. Even if I didn't trade in my vehicle it still would be $2,672 over the highest price they were asking for the car. Obviously car sales people are not exactly the most honest group of people but even by those standards, this place really should be avoided. More

Very satidfied Honda car owner This is our fourth Honda from this dealership since 2003. We feel very comfortable there and are always treated well. Everyone there is very respect This is our fourth Honda from this dealership since 2003. We feel very comfortable there and are always treated well. Everyone there is very respectful, nice, honest (I think) and accommodating. We have other Honda dealerships that are closer to where we live but we like the whole atmosphere at HH. Mike Gross was our sales person and he was very nice to deal with. He was very patient with me. It took me a while to decide which model of the Pilot I wanted. I wanted certain features and color. He helped me with the pros and cons of each model. He even drove a Pilot to my house to see if the rear hatch would clear the top of my smaller garage. He never became outwardly agravated with me with the amount of hiss time I took and the amount of time I took to decide what I wanted to do about purchasing the vehicle. Mike is a "no pressure" salesman and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely send friends to him. Whenever we bring our car in for service we always work with John Sinclair as our Service Advisor. He knows us so well now and is alwyas very accommodating. He is also very honest. Amy A. More
