Went in for an oil change and to have brakes fixed and sat for hours. Got my car back and noticed oil life has not been reset no sticker on windshield saying next change due by and my brakes was still gri sat for hours. I called and spoke to a manager and asked if they touched my car at all cuz its the same as when i brought it in and he said yeah he just forgot to reset the oil life im like ok then whys my brakes still grinding if it was supposedly fixed? I checked my oil myself and it was very dark. They did absolutely NOTHING . Update after speaking to someone again about this situation they checked on what actually happened and it appears to have been a misunderstanding in the work order. The issue has been adressed and resolved. Appreciate the time and immediate response I received back regarding this. More
Possibly the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. On Monday morning, January 25, 2021, my 2014 Honda Accord would not start, and the battery required a jump. The car restart experienced in my life. On Monday morning, January 25, 2021, my 2014 Honda Accord would not start, and the battery required a jump. The car restarted several hours later so I thought the battery was charged and it would be OK. However, on Tuesday morning, January 26, 2021, the battery was dead again. I called the Huntington Honda Service Department to bring the car in, but there was no availability until Wednesday, January 27, 2021. Having already replaced the battery on January 24, 2018, I knew that the battery was covered under the 100-month warranty. I dropped the car off at Huntington Honda on Wednesday morning, January 27, 2021. About 3 hours later, Kern Tagallie (service advisor) called and told me that I needed a new battery and, since it was under warranty, there would be no cost to me. Kern called me again a few minutes later and told me he made a mistake and there was going to be a charge for the battery replacement. Needless to say, I was not happy about that. Kern told me repeatedly (to the point of annoying frustration) that “It’s not us - It’s Honda and they are very strict regarding warranties.” Kern told me that because the warranty expired even by 1 day, I would have to pay 40% of the cost of parts & labor. To say that the warranty expired 1 or 2 or even 3 days ago and there is nothing that can be done about it is not good customer service. When I returned to Huntington Honda to pick up the car, Kern proceeded to pull out an owner’s manual to show me where it states that I would have to pay 40%. Do you know how annoying that is to a customer? I listened to Kern’s ridiculous arguments for about 20 minutes about Honda’s strict policy and how there was nothing he could do about it. I paid the invoice and left. I have never been subjected to such poor customer service and I cannot believe this is how Honda wants their customers to be treated. I have been a Huntington Honda customer since 2002. During that time, I have leased or purchased more than half a dozen vehicles which is more than $100,000 worth of business. This is no way to treat an exceptional customer. I have been involved in customer service my entire life and I would never treat any customer, much less an excellent customer, the way I was treated. I have always praised the Huntington Honda Service Department. It’s a big reason why I continued to lease/purchase at Huntington Honda. I was charged $78.66 for the battery but this is not about the money. I should not have been charged anything for the battery replacement. The right thing would have been to replace the battery at no charge. I thought long and hard about writing this because I generally do not criticize so negatively. I will never buy or lease another vehicle from Huntington Honda, and I will not use the service department unless I am absolutely forced to because there is no other choice. More

I bought the new Honda Pilot 2019 last year. When I bought the Honda sales person gave me a oil change free until 15000 mile. I came with paper for my first oil change. Service person andew saying is not enter in computer by sales team. I was showing my paper to him but he did not do anything. I have to pay my oil change. Do not trust any one this dealer ship. I told him I would like to speak to service manager but Andrew did not do anything. I paid for my oil change due to my time is more important than money. Do not buy car from Huntington Honda. More

Saying goodbye to my 2007 Honda Accord For the past 12 years I have enjoyed driving a manual 4 cylinder 2007 HONDA ACCORD. During this 12 year period I have been completely satisfied with all service advisors and services provided at this service center. During my most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, who kindly informed me that this might be a good time to consider replacing my beloved car with a newer model. Although this was not the news I was expecting, Andrew took the the time to provide the reasons why it may no longer be worth investing more money and time into the ongoing repairs. Thank you Andrew for your honesty and guidance in helping me accept that it was time to say goodbye to this car and move on to my new CRV. I am now a 20 year loyal customer and plan to continue having my new car serviced at this location. More
Created additional issues Went in for replacing a tire on my CRV EXL. TPMS light keeps switching on. Had to go in three times ( get out of work to go there) and not fixed. Ever Went in for replacing a tire on my CRV EXL. TPMS light keeps switching on. Had to go in three times ( get out of work to go there) and not fixed. Every time, they reset it and TMPS light goes after driving few miles. They never able to address the issue. Not happy with the service. They are blaming in new technology rather than their handling of it or replace the TPMS parts ( if they damaged it while replacing tire). I would not trust if they are not able to address TPMS issues. This would be my last time there. More

Every time we bring our vehicle there, whether it’s for an oil change, inspection, or a more serious issue, we are always greeted with a friendly smile and treated as if I am the most important customer there. He always seems to go above and beyond to help us out and it’s he makes every attempt to make things convenient for us. Thank you, Andy!!! More
