We started doing paper work from 10 o’clock in the morning and, as I had a bit of problem with my auto insurance, it was well over the closing time when everything was settled. Nonetheless, Mr. Rodriguez walked me through the intricacies step by step with patience. Upon hearing that I was soon to be out-of-town, he also negotiated in order to let me pick up my car on the same day, which saved me a lot of inconvenience. The other staffs at Huntington Volvo were very supportive and friendly as well. Nowadays it seems like every dealership touts some versions of ‘VIP’ service, but I don't think it's just a frivolous title there at Huntington Volvo, where I did feel supported as a valued customer. This is my second Volvo XC60 R-Design and my second experience with Edduin. Edduin listens and I mean “really” listens....so this time around he truly knew my likes and dislikes when it came to choos experience with Edduin. I called Edduin, told him my thoughts and set up a mutually convenient time to meet. When I arrived he was prepared with options and ideas for me. He knew that SPEED and SOUND are my “thing”. He introduced me to the T-8. I never, would have EVER considered a hybrid to be a vehicle that could offer the type of speed, performance or “cool” that I desire. Boy was I wrong!! It’s uniquely different than my 2017 T6 with Polestar...Its like Gucci meets Hermès. Thank you to Edduin and the team (especially Karen) for making this experience even better than my first!! More
