I was driving by this dealership and saw a Jeep Wrangler out front for sale, so I stopped in to look at it. This was after leaving another dealership very dissapointed by the service. Having the price displayed on the windsheild was a great idea. Anthony Mastroianni met me at the door and showed me the Jeep. Anthony was so so friendly and knowledgable, and in no way pushy. He was very attentive to my needs and questions. After the test drive and talking some more, we started the paperwork. He made the process very easy, with no games or pressure. The finacning could not be easier and they worked with what I wanted. Two days later I picked up the Jeep and so far everything is great! I would highly recommend this dealership and Anthony. More

Anthony M. was accommodating by calling us with updates on securing a new lease for a 2013 Volvo and working on trading in my older Volvo. I went in to have my car serviced, and they told me that 2 of my tires had "dry rot". The tires are only a year and a half old, purchased from the dealer and still under warranty. When I asked them to check the warranty, he said he would call me back. When he called me back, he apologized, and said that they were mistaken, and the tires were fine. The tech was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, however this was the SECOND time that the service department tried to tell me that my new tires were faulty, not realizing that i purchased the tires from them. My car is still under warranty from Volvo, so everything is covered except tires. They tried to scam me, a woman, not once but twice with the same bs story. Totally unacceptable. More

We bought the car and he helped us set up our phones for Bluetooth, and told us about all of the whistles and gongs so we could get home in the rain, without having to stop and read about it. He gave us his card, and told us to call him, if we had a problem. Would we buy another car from Anthony? Yes we would! More

Alex quoted me a price over the phone. When I arrived she told me Renee was going to handle the sale. This was her way of trying to get around not honoring the price quoted. We've owned Volvo for many years and are extremely pleased with the brand. Service, while usually good to excellent, started slipping over the past couple of years at this dealership. However, a new sales manager at the dealership has restored our faith in the Volvo brand. We contacted Chuck Malone when we learned he had taken over the service department. Immediately we could see the difference in responsiveness and willingness to work with the customer. He and his team answered questions, made suggestions, and worked with the insurance agent on an extended warranty issue. Our C70 was promptly repaired and returned to us in excellent condition. Overall, a terrific experience. More
