Horrible experience for a first-time customer trying to buy a used BMW 530I. The back and forth trying to by the car was beyond annoying! The sales rep had to walk all the way to the other side of the deal buy a used BMW 530I. The back and forth trying to by the car was beyond annoying! The sales rep had to walk all the way to the other side of the dealership to ask a question or get approval. 3 HOURS of my life wasted. I had my own financing 4 percent below this dealership and the rep said you can get the car right away if I use their financing and just cancel in 90 days and a use my financing I had with Chase, or it might take up to a week to get my car. Of course, I said NO, I can wait a week. The sales rep agreed the car would be FULLY detailed before I picked it up. Two days later I get the call cars ready. I get there and the sales rep tries to hand me the key, and I said look the car is filthy. No one cleaned. He said he would personally take it to the back and clean it. 40 flipping minutes later the car looked the same except they did whip all the debris from the engine. The rep preceded to tell me the porters washed it the detail center is off site (are you kidding me??) I told the sales rep it's unconscionable to me how you can deliver a car in this condition to a new customer. Then the rep hands me the key, and I asked where the other one was and he said there is only one. Unbelievable!! I get home and I find long hairs sticking out of the back seat. a twig in the trunk compartment. As I looked closely, tiny black scuffs that were easily whipped off. Filthy disgusting floor mates. Hard water mineral spots on the windshield that are not coming off. Coffee stains on the rear trunk. I could go on, wish there was an option to upload pictures to show how I received that car and pictures after I cleaned it. The dirty wheels you said, are as clean as they're going to get, took me a whole ten minutes each to clean....they looks mint now! I've bought many cars in my life, this was by far the worst experience! Your core competency is to sell cars while generating repeat business through customer satisfaction, good luck with that! More
