She gave me hope that it wouldn’t be a horrible experience. She called just before our one o’clock appointment to tell me Jake Roberts would be working with me. He was waiting for me and I could not have had a better experience. He ascertained exactly what I wanted in a new CRV and how much I was able to pay. He made it a reality while treating me respectfully but not condescendingly. That same afternoon I left the dealership with my new CRV, confident in using the features of the car, with my favorite radio stations programmed, and my phone synced. I was searching for a new CR-V and didnt think I would find one on Cape Cod since when I have searched in the past cars on the cape were typically over priced compared to deals over the bridge. When I called Cape Cod Honda where Jake Roberts gave me an amazing deal over the phone I was very happy! He held the car for me for a week (with a deposit) until I could make it to the dealership. He even went and found the exact color combination I wanted and got the car to the dealership for me for no extra charge. He gave me a good price for my trade in. Jake did all of this for my over the phone. He answered all my questions over the phone before I got there to purchase the car, had all my registration, car insurance, etc all set up for me. I worked with Sean in financing who was wonderful as well, he got me a competitive rateI had a few specific requests (not to spray any air freshener in the car because I have allergies) and Jake took care of all of them for me! When I arrived to purchase the car he spent a good hour going over the car with me, he is very knowledgable and helpful. I felt very comfortable with Jake, he gave me a great deal and helped to answer all of my questions along the way. He made the whole process easy which is really rare when purchasing a car with a budget!
