"Short notice repair - great service "

- H.P.

Had an issue with a gear pressure switch, valve gasket etc.. They addressed everything I needed and even helped out with a replacement vehicle so I could make a holiday trip to visit family. Everything was done as described and car was ready when I returned.

"Recall "

- delaney5william

Told me 1.5 hrs to do air bag recall that was with an appointment, get here and they didn’t touch my car for 1:45 minutes and only did so after I asked why it was taking so much longer, the car never moved form the spot I pulled into for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and they gave me attitude when I asked, go somewhere else they suck!

"Employees:"

- Katama Princess

I had a nice warming experience while waiting for my car to be checked. They were all very friendly and efficient at the front desk. kala was wonderful. I did not have an appointment so 1 hour wait was not bad since that included fixing the call back on the battery and topped off a few things that were needed. Coffee offered with real cream great and the pretty lovely blonde came out to the waiting room very pleasant while making sure everyone was taken care off.

"Excellent service on the 2005 CRV!"

- Retired on MV

We have been using Hyannis Honda to service our 2005 CRV (now 173k) since we moved to Martha's Vineyard three years ago. They make these off-island trips very easy and have always accommodated us and worked around doctor appointments and the like. Their concierge transport service is excellent: Recently I dropped off the car at 10:30 and the driver (Griff) had me at the doctor's office within ten minutes. A quick call at the conclusion of the appointment and the driver was right back and had me at the dealership. Car ready to go. They have taken us, in the past, to Trader Joe's, Christmas Tree Shops and the like while the car has been being serviced. I have found their service excellent: they never try to sell me things I don't need and always apply coupons, even if I forget them. I hope the CRV lasts forever, but should it not, I would (based on our experience with the service folks) certainly consider looking to Hyannis Honda for a replacement.

"Poor service "

- reolod

Again, Hyannis Honda service department has done another poor job. About a year ago they replaced my rear brakes. Turns out some clip that holds the brake pads in place wasn't assembled properly. One pad totally wore down and now I need to replace it to the tune of over $300.00. I can't stress enough that Hyannis Honda will just take your money and tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and their service department does inferior work. That's why I took my business to another Honda dealership off Cape. I have purchased probably seven Honda throughout my lifetime. Once my Crosstour is repaired I'm going to trade it in and leave the Honda brand. I phoned Honda of America to lodge a complaint and they pretty much said good luck.

"Unexpected purchase"

- easthamann

While at Orleans Honda having a recall done on my 2007 CRV, I saw an advertisement for a 2014 CRV-EXL with low mileage. Asked Andrew, the sales manager for some further information re trade-in value of my car, and specifics of the 2014 CRV. Came back later that day to test drive the car, but it had been brought to Hyannis. The next day, Andrew brought it back to Orleans, had the test drive, and made a deposit to purchase it. Andrew's positive professionalism led to my making this purchase. He was polite, listened to all my questions, and gave clear answers to those questions. He didn't push for the sale, but allowed me the time to make my decision. He's definitely a plus for your organization.

" Not standing behind your certified vehicle warranty "

- reolod

I purchased A certified Honda cross tour 10 months ago. Since I've purchased it the brakes went out the battery died on me when I was in Boston and now I need tires. They did assist me with the battery and the brakes but when it came to replacing the tires they tell me I'm on my own. Do not buy a vehicle from them. !!! Do not stand behind their certified warranty. I should have realized this because this is the second incident I had with them They truly do not care about customer service and I Shelby's telling as many people as I can about them I'm going to sell the cross tour and move onto a different vehicle because of them Thank you.

Hyannis Honda responded

Good Morning Mr. DiPaolo, My Name is Jasen O'Neil, I am the General Sales Manager and we spoke at length a week ago regarding your concern about the certified Crosstour that you purchased last December. I understand your frustration in having to put on new tires approximately one year after the purchase. However, when we sold you the vehicle, we measured the tires and documented the measurement. At that time, they passed, so there was no need to replace them. I offered as a good will gesture to pay for one of the four tires. Although that is above and beyond what is necessary, we value your business and to show that appreciation we are willing to do that. Unfortunately, paying for all four is not an option and I am sorry that you feel upset that we can't do that. Again, your business is appreciated and I would happy to arrange the complimentary tire for you. Best, Jasen O'Neil General Sales Manager.
