horrendous service took 5 times for them to replace a headlight on a car I bought from them. Then brought the car back after 100 days and they tell.me.they cant look at a light that came on because it's not a Honda i.bought the car from.them. terrible service!

Hi, We are sorry for your recent unsatisfactory service experience. We strive to provide excellent service, and understand we didn’t, and we would like to apologize. Our understanding is that the situation is currently resolved. If it isn’t please let us know. There were a few mitigating factors that contributed to the situation though. When you bought your Used Cadillac from us, we noticed when doing the State Inspection, that the right headlight had gone out. It was an LED headlight on required a special order, which we placed that day. Since we don’t have direct factory access to Cadillac parts we ordered the part from a local supplier. As you know, it came in wrong, as did a second try. So we subsequently ordered the part from Cadillac and that corrected the problem. Several months later you advised us that the headlight had gone out again, so since we don’t have access to Cadillac diagnostics or wiring diagrams, we referred you to the local Chevrolet dealer who is the only authorized Cadillac repair facility on Cape Cod. They found a failed HID module had burned out the new headlight, so they replaced it along with the headlight and that apparently fixed the problem. I brought my car in for routine service and I had a question about something I could not find on my dashboard display. Initially I could not get it solved, but Mark took the extra time to get it solved and provide me with a clear, direct and printed out explanation. Great Experience. The service staff at Hyannis Honda have always been good.

Told me 1.5 hrs to do air bag recall that was with an appointment, get here and they didn’t touch my car for 1:45 minutes and only did so after I asked why it was taking so much longer, the car never moved form the spot I pulled into for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and they gave me attitude when I asked, go somewhere else they suck!

I had a nice warming experience while waiting for my car to be checked. They were all very friendly and efficient at the front desk. kala was wonderful. I did not have an appointment so 1 hour wait was not bad since that included fixing the call back on the battery and topped off a few things that were needed. Coffee offered with real cream great and the pretty lovely blonde came out to the waiting room very pleasant while making sure everyone was taken care off.

"Excellent service on the 2005 CRV!"

We have been using Hyannis Honda to service our 2005 CRV (now 173k) since we moved to Martha's Vineyard three years ago. They make these off-island trips very easy and have always accommodated us and worked around doctor appointments and the like. Their concierge transport service is excellent: Recently I dropped off the car at 10:30 and the driver (Griff) had me at the doctor's office within ten minutes. A quick call at the conclusion of the appointment and the driver was right back and had me at the dealership. Car ready to go. They have taken us, in the past, to Trader Joe's, Christmas Tree Shops and the like while the car has been being serviced. I have found their service excellent: they never try to sell me things I don't need and always apply coupons, even if I forget them. I hope the CRV lasts forever, but should it not, I would (based on our experience with the service folks) certainly consider looking to Hyannis Honda for a replacement.

"Waste of time"

Waste of time Don’t even bother to go this place it’s rip off. I have total of four time bad experience with this place I had honda 2008 brand new which has recall for brakes I went there and they told me it’s in very good condition and they did not fixed it and when there was mileage limit for recall right after that I drown 165 mile and brakes gone now I bought 2018 Honda Odyssey I called for appointments to oil change and they said u don’t need appointment when I get there they r telling me u got to have appointment so I left and they react like they don’t care I would not recommend this place they’re only interested to do big work in the car not the oil change I have lots of time this kind of bad experience pls don’t go
