We've owned two Honda Accords in the past, but this was our first purchase from Hyannis Honda. We're looking forward to a long and positive relationship with the dealer, especially since we purchased an extended warranty package. I needed to go the Service Department within a week of buying the car for the MA state inspection. It was easy to schedule and everyone there was very helpful. We ordered a tow hitch which was on back order. Just got a call from the Parts department that it has arrived which is sooner than I expected. More
